Regional Resource Training Centres (RRTCs): In order to increase its outreach and decentralize the training activities and interventions consistent with local needs, the NCDAP has identified 8 NGOs having the technical capabilities with objective of providing training and information at the regional levels to be the 8 RRTCs. These centres have also been given the mandate for monitoring regular programmes, assessing training needs of the service providers and conduct advocacy at the regional level. This is considered necessary and pragmatic in view of the size of the country and regional variations necessitating specific strategies. The centre by way of training and capacity building was able to promote convergence of advocacy, prevention and rehabilitation programmes of all relevant governmental departments as also non-governmental activities.

Assisting NCDAP in developing various course curriculum, syllabus and programme schedules and other training material.
