Method I: Webmail
   URL: http://webmail.nisd.gov.in/
   Username: username@nisd.gov.in
   Password: password provided
   Login

Method II: Mail Client
   Open Outlook Express
   File
   Identities
   Add New Identity
   Type your name: NISD
   OK
   Do you want switch now - Yes
   Display name: username
   Email address: username@nisd.gov.in
   Next
   Incoming mail: nisd.gov.in
   Outgoing mail: nisd.gov.in
   Next
   Account name: username@nisd.gov.in
   Password: provided
   Finish
   This configures your Outlook Express for this particular user.

How to change Password

URL: https://www.nisd.gov.in:8443/
Enter the full username and password provided.
Click Login
Under Tools --> preferences.
